"We appreciate your business and your review! Thank you!"
"Thank you for your response, we are sorry your experience wasn't favorable. As I reviewed your file and spoke with your representative, I discovered the following: The reason for the delay in finishing this job was partly due to the Kopacz’s taking vacation. We could not contact them or do the interior work when they were on vacation. The leak in the kitchen was minor and we paid $400 to fix it. The leak in the bedroom was an old leak since the home was built and it reoccurred during the job time, it was not roofing related. We fixed it and we were never paid for our work, even though the insurance company paid the homeowner for this. Their insurance agent told them they should have paid us, to no avail. We installed a Class 4 impact rated shingle and upgraded at no extra cost to the homeowner (a $1750.00 value.) Most insurance companies also give a discount on their homeowner insurance premium of approximately 27%. We paid more for the painter than the insurance paid as we did more painting work, again, customer never paid us for the work done. We installed new roof vents, at no cost, 12 vents worth $420, again customer never paid us. We feel that we worked hard to please Ms. [Member Name Removed] and even worked with her agent. This is over a year and a half ago and we are just now hearing from the customer, and never directly from the customer only on this forum, and not sure what Ms. [Member Name Removed] would like done, but we would be happy to talk to you directly. Please call the office and ask for Bud. Thank-you."

"Thank you for your response, we strive to have a positive experience for all of our clients; we are sorry your experience didn't meet that expectation. This job was done in September of 2013 and we haven't heard anything on this job til now. The sales person who sold this job doesn't work here any longer and given the length of time since this job occurred, we are trying to piece together what went on. After reviewing the job file, we did what the insurance company paid for except we upgraded your shingles to a class 4 impact rated shingle at below our cost. Additionally, most insurance companies give a reduction in premium for installing class 4 shingles. As far as the neighbor getting a better price, I can only say that every roof is different, I don't know what kind of shingles the neighbor had installed, I don't know what kind of insurance they have, or what their insurance company allowed or disallowed, or what your neighbors coverage is, or what the contractors price or materials were, or if the neighbors were billed separate for the painting from another contractor. Your insurance company only paid for painting of the roof jack and the roof vent. I don't know what your neighbors insurance company paid or didn't pay. Also, assuming that the insurance company did pay for hail damage for your neighbor, your insurance company did not, and they won't pay if there wasn't damage, and since it is not indicated on your insurance scope, I have to assume that your insurance company didn't find any damage on your house other than what is indicated on your scope of work. There are so many variables and without comparing the size of roof, materials used, what insurance allowed or disallowed, deductibles and so forth, it is impossible to say exactly what your neighbors paid, or what their insurance covered. I understand that dealing with insurance and contractors can be confusing, and we strive to help our clients to understand what goes on between the two. You did get an upgraded shingle that is normally a $1,000 upgrade (on average) and you only were billed an additional $500 for class 4 impact rated shingle. I'm sorry for any confusion and I wish you had contacted us sooner. We do appreciate your business and we thank you for the review; we always want to know how we can improve. Should you have any further questions, we would be happy to help in any way we can. Thank you!"
