"We hire this so called ?pro? Lance Ray back in August to built a deck , he disappeared on us and it?s almost mid December and we have been trying to get in touch with him with no luck . We don?t want to press charges , we want for him to bring the materials we already paid for as we have hired someone else to finish the job and to our dismay found out that this so called ?pro? never filed for a permit with the city and that the wood was never treated I have no idea the people that has given him good reviews if they are real or like a neighbor told us , maybe they are relatives Anyhow we are ready to go to the city and put a complaint as he can?t get away with this . See how he left the project ( picture attached ) , this is a guy that did one year of community college . Our bad for not doing more research on him Update as of 01/05/2026 I?m updating my previous review. At the beginning of the project, we experienced significant communication issues and the job was left unfinished for a period of time, which was very frustrating and led me to post a negative review. After that, communication resumed, he returned, and the original project was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the finished work met our expectations. Because the project was ultimately resolved and completed well, we decided to hire him again for an additional project. I feel it?s important to share the full experience so others can make an informed decision. Below find pictures of the finished job!"

Kitchen turned out really nice, but once the final check was paid I still have incompleted items with no response from MTD. I also have building permits that have not been closed out or called for inspections or any communication from MTD regarding completion."

Lee also helped me with my backyard wood fence that was falling over and did a great job there as well! I have hired Lee for a welding job for my RBV tongue to allow me to install a 2nd battery. "JD replaced the roof on my townhome in Braselton, GA. I live in Houston, TX and manage my own rental property. He started the job at 6 am and sent drone shots of the completed work by 10:30 EST. I was amazed. He also sent pics as the work was being completed. He is first class and stays in direct contact with customer so there is now miscommunication. We paid him 1/2 upfront and the remainder the day of completion. This was a small job for him and I'm grateful he took it on for us. "Whatever you do -- do NOT hire this company! I gave S&R Eagle Services a 50% deposit to tear out and replace a small deck on my townhome'24. They promised the work would be a simple 2-day job for them and they promised it would be done by the end of the summer. Unfortunately, all I received from them after that was lies and broken promises. After getting the BBB involved, the owner Sara Luevano still will not return my deposit and want to charge ME a 20% "cancellation" fee for never building my deck! In addition, the materials my HOA had approved last year were discontinued and are now no longer available. They made up lies with the BBB trying to make up excuses for dropping the ball on replacing my deck. Then they wanted me to wait around several more months this year for them to get around to getting their contractor's license in El Paso County for several months -- since they hadn't renewed it! By then, it was obvious the owners are liars, dishonest and not reliable. NO THANKS! "

When the workers were working on my neighbors yard, I would ask about my project and they were able to answer the questions. The communication really impressed me. I will be using them in the future. The landscaping results came out really beautiful and great quality."
