About us

We are passionate about building. We work with Colorado's finest craftsmen. It is an honor to help create beautiful homes and buildings that will live on after we are all gone. Our team has over 100 years of combined experience. We are a licensed, Class A (unlimited) general contractor. We will travel for the right job. In addition to luxury homes, our team has done large multifamily and office projects in Tennessee, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Our biggest project was 680 units and we recently finished an award-winning 94-unit project. We are very responsive and the owner of the company still personally supervises every project.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Unison Builds LLC. Chris and his team handled the complete interior and exterior renovation of our 7,500 square feet office building. Their work included adding seven new offices, a gorgeous marble kitchen and dining room, a wonderful reception area, an executive conference room with a 14-foot table, the CEO's new office, and nearly everything else. He is a reliable builder. His team takes great pride in what they do. And the work proceeded even faster than we expected.

I am familiar with Chris' work and recommend him. He and his team and subcontractors are very able and provide high quality work. One did exterior and painting work for our Wash Park home. Chris also was the general contractor on several large office buildings. The Cherry Creek East project helped with the revitalization of Denver's Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood. He is able, patient, and builds beautiful things.
