They were timely and the estimate was actually lower than what I was expecting. When they came out to do the estimate, they were upfront and gave me several options for deck railing so I was able to make a choice instead of just one option. I made a list of what I needed fixing and we went through the house one by one and it was awesome! This was the first time I had a contractor actually walk around and make sure that he understood everything on my list and checked everything off before they left to give me a proper estimate. I would definately hire this company again!

Efficient and dedicated to doing the job correctly. It started to rain, so he had to come back to finish the caulking and made sure it would dry correctly and not run as it had because of the rain.

Have old shower fixtures, hot water handle stopped turning off all the way. This happened 4 years ago & Bryan Morin had came out & fixed it. Got lucky when I called Handyman Connection & it was Bryan that came out again. He remembered the house & the leaky shower. He fixed the problem in no time! Bryan was polite & professional. Will ask for him again if I have another plumbing problem.

I don’t normally do reviews, either good or bad, but I feel compelled to do a review for Jason and Amy. The reason is that they did such a great job in the repainting of our trim in our 27 year old home. They were meticulous during the job, not only in the painting, but also in preparing and protecting our home. You would never regret having this couple do any painting for you.

"Exceptionally well. Craftsperson Joe Puch carefully explained the repair steps and reasons for them. He did so at various points in the work progress. His work was meticulous. His manner was professional, polite and personable, right from punctual arrival to final clean-up of the work area. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a home services/repair contractor. Jonathan is a thoroughly professional and competent handyman. He has helped us before and is a workman we can count on. He made sure the tray would fit and after installing it, showed us how to adjust it.

Super. My technician (Paul A.) showed up as expected and quoted me a price half of what other companies had. The work was done fast and efficiently. He also had the parts on-hand, which is important since we live a fair distance from town, so he could do the repair immediately. I am pleased.

Smoothly, as far as I could tell. He assessed the problem, went to Lowes, got the necessary parts to do the job, and returned in a timely manner and repaired the toilet. I reimbursed him for the parts.

Jonathan did a great job taking care of some household repairs in a timely, professional and skilled way. He was courteous and friendly and listened to all our needs.
