Everything that was fixed was done well and efficiently, The technician was friendly and helpful in recommendations and letting me know how to maintenance things so they last longer. We also had a "french drain" no entry shower base put in that is great. The work was completed in 5.5 weeks, which is probably standard for special orders such as the no entry shower base. AND I finally got the heated towel rack that I have been wanting."
