"Many companies have a minimum they will have to charge for them to come out. This company's minimum happened to be $750 and the repair only cost $450. But they were so willing to work with me that we ended up being able to re-grout the shower as well and that brought the total up to the desired amount and they even gave me a discount so the final amount was only about $730 or so. They did amazing work and did so quickly. They turned my creaky stares into quite clouds of freshness that I get to walk up and down daily. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to give a tip to the actual flooring guy because the ticket was closed after the tile guy came through. "John and Jon are great people. The are good at lot of things and some areas they should leave to others. I have hired them for two projects. I would give them a 5 for dry wall and framing. 4 for tile, 2 for plumbing. They are very clean and considerate. Very respectful to the homeowner especially in situations where the homeowner is still in the house during construction. They clean up at the end of the day. They would do ok with very simple plumbing but not anything more than that. For a bathroom remodel that included a lot of high end plumbing, it was almost a near disaster situation."
