He troubleshot the leak I had on my main water line tower, and determined he could not get the replacement part (back-flow preventer) till after Labor Day. I don't like leaving jobs undone, so I suggested we get the part at Lowe's or Home Depot. He not only agreed, but was willing to drive with me.
