"Dennis simply got the job done right, and at a fair price. He responded quickly (within 45 minutes of my request) on HomeAdvisor and was willing to meet me within an hour. He troubleshot the leak I had on my main water line tower, and determined he could not get the replacement part (back-flow preventer) till after Labor Day. I don't like leaving jobs undone, so I suggested we get the part at Lowe's or Home Depot. He not only agreed, but was willing to drive with me. I was lucky to have an opportunity to get to know him on a personal level, and he is someone you can trust to fix your plumbing problem properly and to charge you fairly for his time.
