I recently had the pleasure of working with Quik Bath by Hayo Construction for a two-bathroom remodel at my home, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, transforming both spaces into beautifully designed and functional bathrooms that exceeded my expectations. They kept the work areas tidy, minimizing disruption to my daily routine. The team's professionalism shone through at every step?they arrived on time, maintained a respectful demeanor, and completed the project prior the estimated timeframe. What truly set them apart was their outstanding communication and high-touch service. They kept me informed of progress, promptly addressed any concerns I had, and provided valuable suggestions that greatly improved the final design. I felt like a valued customer throughout the process, and it was clear they genuinely cared about delivering quality results.

Louis worked very hard to do an amazing job. He removed the old bathtub and installed the new shower. He was amazing!!

The customer service was excellent. Luis did the remodel. He did everything that was promised. He treated my handicapped daughter & I with utmost respect. He included her in making decisions on where to put shampoo & soap holder & also where to put the magnetic shower head holder so she could reach it with no problem. Water was turned off for about 15 minutes at most. I would absolutely recommend this company, Matrix, to do a remodel. Luis did all the cleanup & didn't leave a trace of trash or debrit anywhere. My daughter is so very happy with her new shower. It gives her independence from depending on me to help her in & out of my small shower. Thank you Matrix & especially Luis!!

I have already referred this company to a number of people. Their work was impeccable. The staff is knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. I highly recommend them. A big thank you to Mike, Luis and the crew for giving me my dream bathroom.

Honest and lengthy review ahead. Only seems fair given the 3-star rating. To start, Mike has absolutely rock bottom communication skills. Poor planning, poor scheduling, and again? Poor communication. I did appreciate his fast response time to the request for service, HOWEVER, he completely flaked on the scheduled date for the initial consultation. Luis did a semi-decent job, albeit overpriced IMHO (not his fault). Installed a 3 piece acrylic wall and tub combination, with new shower border/baseboards. Satisfied with the results and operation of the shower. Would have preferred some consultation about burying half the showerhead escutcheon under the shower border before just moving on with that piece of the project. Looks weird. Tile floor and baseboards were a great improvement, both in material and workmanship from the previous install. However, within less than a week the grout looks like it?s YEARS old. Cracked, pitting, flaking, shrinking, etc. Now I have to find a free weekend to fix and re-grout. The whole point of hiring someone was to SAVE me time. On a positive note, Luis did a great job of cleaning up during and after his demolition/construction; kudos. Although he left his shop vac behind, so maybe he will not be a clean on the next job. Haha. I notified Mike (email and voicemail) of the issues I had with the work, and that Luis had left behind a shop-vac, but never received a response. Again, poor communication, or maybe they are just ashamed and hiding. I guess the price of a used shop vac will have to make up for my lost weekend of replacing tile grout. {{{ho-hum}}}

Worked with Mike and Luis and had a great experience! Luis was able to complete the job the same week I contacted them. Very happy overall.

Mike was helpful and easy to talk with when he came to our home to provide an estimate. He sent an email that afternoon listing details about scope of the project along with the cost and start date. He explained that Luis is a very experienced installer and would be doing the work which included plumbing, tub replacement, and ceramic wall tile. Ten days later, Luis showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. Luis is a skilled craftsman, hard worker, and nice guy. We are 100% happy with our shiny new bathroom.

We were absolutely astounded at the care and workmanship we received. No one else was willing to take on our small bathroom to transform it for a walk-in tub we had purchased a few years ago. Matrix said yes and their workman was so gracious and capable. Every other company refused the job because we were not purchasing their tub. The job was completed accurately and in the timeframe they stated. We will definitely recommend this company and call them should we need help again.

I can only repeat all the great comments I see here! Mike and Luis make a great team! I really like the Matrix material and the updated look! Luis is an expert, extremely professional and personable! I was amazed at his efficiency! I will call on him again as I need!

Working with Mike and Luis was an absolute pleasure (how many times can you actually say that for contractors). Mike was professional, flexible, and kept his word on everything from project timeline to expectations. Luis is a complete master of all trades and an extremely friendly. Not only did he do all my bathroom finishes to perfection, but he also had offered creative and helpful solutions. I would recommend these folks to everyone. You will not fine anyone in Denver that can turn around with quality like these guys. Worth every penny!

Mike and Luiz were great. Luis is a true artist and takes extreme pride in his work. I have worked in construction and have extensive experience in installing tile and stone. The best compliment I can give Luis is that he did the job like I would do it. He understood what we wanted, and the look we were going for, in the bathrooms. He was able to complete the job and make it look exactly as we had envisioned. This was not a simple job. It involved two bathrooms, in an older home, which required a lot of demo work and reconstruction of walls and vanities. Luis worked quickly and with extreme professionalism. Also, he is a very nice guy. He had several ideas on how to make the completed project look more spectacular and addressed every concern we had with problems that developed during the project. I can not say enough good things about Luis. He is an asset to the company and a true craftsman.
