We have been doing a full house addition and remodel, and after having several setbacks, paolo and his team came in and were able to totally redo siding, trim out a covered patio, replace gutters and paint the house. They bent over backwards to make sure 1) things were done in the right order (even coming out for 1 random day to do facia before my roofers came out and put a roof on the house) and 2) Make sure that I was happy with the end product: consistently telling me "We want you to be happy- you have to live here, so lets make sure we get this right." The two man team was here long hours over a couple of weeks, always was sure to clean up well in the evening and left the house very clean at the end of the project, and were courteous to anyone else here, collaborated well with other trades, and were kind to my kids (super important in my book!).
