I have used Premier Custom Landscapes for years now at my house and income properties and have always had a great experience. They have done concrete work, general landscaping, sprinkler work, fall/ spring cleanups and snow removal for me over the years and I have always been impressed. It is hard to find contractors that are knowledgeable, do great work, and are fairly priced, but they check all three boxes for me. You will not be disappointed if you use them for your next project.

We hired Premier Custom Landscapes to fix a problem in the installation of a patio and adjoining walkway in our backyard and are very pleased we did. Learning of Premier through their work on a major project in our neighbor's property, we asked around and discovered another neighbor has known Clarke, the owner, his entire life; he vouched for Clarke's integrity and honesty and our experience confirmed this assessment. Our custom-designed patio was installed using Unilock pavers 3 years ago by another smaller company. Though the installation looked good, parts of the patio, especially the step leading into the house, started sinking almost immediately; the soil around our home is mostly clay fill. One attempted repair didn't last, and the patio began sinking again. We were very discouraged, as the installation had been a major and very expensive project. I asked Clarke his opinion, and he confirmed that Premier could remove the pavers, build a more solid base, and reinstall the patio properly. He added a multi-year guarantee against sinking or shifting. I was very unsure about proceeding, having seen the patio sink twice already, but Premier's guarantee and Clarke's demonstrated knowledge and experience led us to hire them for the fix. The result: our patio is rebuilt very solidly, along with a section of the walkway. The step and patio are even with the house, no longer any gaps. Premier's workers were respectful, friendly, and attentive. Clarke was available throughout for questions and issues. I would highly recommend Premier for any outdoor work, including major installations. A very professional, honest, customer-oriented company.

Clarke and the wonderful Premier crew helped us transform our backyard. They installed a pond, patio, garden area, pathway and built us a custom shed. Additionally, they repaired our front stairs and suggested and installed lighting that upgraded our curb appeal. Clarke is diligent, has a great work ethic and takes pride and care in his projects. He is a pleasure to work with as he is committed to customer satisfaction and is always responsive even now that our project is complete.
