"Everything was fine. Everyone was polite and professional. They cleaned the house top to bottom. There were more people then I expected, which really made me feel better because my time is very moment to moment. They were done in less than 2 hours. Alan was sure to ask if I wanted any specifics. I pointed out a few things and they covered them all. I was a little disappointed that my wood floors were swept, but not polished. However, they are not sealed and it takes extra care. I did not mention it in my things to cover and the ad did not say polish floors specifically. I will see that as a lesson learned on my part and be sure to discuss it in the future. Overall I was very happy with the end result including the swept wooden floors. I will hire them again!!!"

"All around friendly, professional, and considerate. The technician was very helpful. Explained the task and what needed to be done. Didn’t try to sneak in extras and was upfront about all he would do. Very considerate too as they made sure all areas the were working in were throughly cordoned off with plastic sheeting to keep us from seeing any mess. The clean up was done with care and no trace of floor mess left behind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Thank you Environment Control!"

"It's about 2700 square feet all together of carpeting, wood flooring, and tile in the bathroom. They are always easy to schedule with. I have moved this appointment a couple of times. They show up when they are suppose to show up. They estimate very well as to how long they will be there. They give me an estimate upfront. They come in and measure all at once and stick to what their estimate is. 

The carpet feels clean when they are done. It is damp and has to dry. When it dries, it doesn't feel like there is soap on it. I found them originally from an advertisement on the radio. I have used them for years and years. I shopped around and they did a really good job, so I stuck with them."
