OMG! I had low expectations for my beat up wood floor that required extensive repairs and stain mitigation. Boy was I proven wrong! My floors look amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The work was performed with exceptional professionalism that is hard to find in a rural area and the job was completed in only three days. I highly recommend this professional if you need your wood floors to look like new! Mine have never looked so good!

Tyrone and his crew were amazing from beginning to end. They perfectly matched the hickory we already had and laced in new flooring into the rooms we were adding. They refinished all of the floors and kept it so clean as they worked. They were professional, on time and very respectful of our space as they worked. We will be hiring them again for upper floors as well.

I cannot say enough great things about Seymour Floors! Everything was done to perfection and when the city and interstate closed due to 21” of snow, they were there to finish the job! And their pricing was great too. Look no further- this is the company to trust your wood floors to!

Tyrone and his crew are top notch. This is the first contractor to communicate at every stage of the project. Extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be hiring them again. Tyrone was the cheapest and by far the most responsive floor expert. We got estimates from 4 different companies. His guys were very respectful and Tyrone went out of his way to ensure any concerns we had were addressed. After they expertly finished installing and refinishing our hard wood floor, I dropped our sink on the floor and damaged it. Tyrone was the first person I called to fix my mistake. He was very kind and came right over to fix my new floor...good as new!

Overall I had a great experience with Seymour floors and would both recommend and use them again. They installed vinyl flooring on our main floor and two upstairs bathrooms. Tyrone is easy to work with and is not satisfied until the customer is. An example of this is after our flooring was completed in our bathrooms, the toilets were leaking. Tyrone personally came over to look at the issue and ended up installing new, longer water hoses to fix the problem. I really appreciated that level of commitment. The only reason I’m not able to give a full 5 stars is that there was some lack of attention to detail from his installers. I had to point out that they had missed putting a vent cover and a little bit of the trim back on. They also forgot to replace the metal panel under the dishwasher door. These things aren’t deal breakers by any means, but do lower my rating slightly.

On time good results

My wife and I have been shopping around for custom wood flooring for 2 years. The style we were after couldn’t be found. Seymour floors went out of their way to get our floors from vendors across the nation. Not only was the finished job a huge success but they exceeded our expectations. I will be using this company in the future no doubt.
