"The first day, the damage was discovered after cleaning the grout and removing some tiles. After removing most of the main tiles, Josh tried cleaning them, but my caulking with silicone made them unusable. My bad. So he bought some inexpensive tiles that matched our color and added a pretty granite pencil design to tie it in with our room color. Wow! "It went great! Gino was responsive to my calls and scheduling needs. His service is highly detailed and he gets it right the first time. He also uses a technique that reduces the amount of residue left behind. The carpets dried quickly after the cleaning, rather than the sopping wet state I've seen other companies leave behind. I felt comfortable enough with the cleaning process/chemicals to let my little son roam free on the carpet. His price point is not the cheapest I've seen, like on fliers. It is also not the most expensive. He has no hidden charges and offers a military discount. Considering the honesty of the service offered and the quality, I believe the price is a deal. I have no doubt that I will use this company again."

"The provider showed up an hour late and left a half hour early.  She was supposed to be there at 100 but didn't show until 200.  I thought she would stay until 600 to complete the 4 hours but she wound up leaving at 530 which was only 3.5 hours.  The provider asked if there were any areas se should focus on and I asked her to focus on the floors but she spent most of the time in the kitchen.   As a result, the floors received very little attention aside from a basic sweep and a mopping.  The kitchen was cleaned very well and the master bathroom and downstairs half bath were also done well. The upstairs hall bath was not touched.
