"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please look at the YELP or BBB complaints, they are much more akin to what I experienced. They are certainly manipulating the Google reviews. I hired Lion to do a simple cleaning/certifying of our HVAC units as part of a sale. I was initially quoted $119, and I verified no less than 3 times with the customer service rep that the price would include cleaning and testing. When our tech showed up, he said we were misquoted and the charge for cleaning and testing would be about $450, as it was part of their "maintenance" package. They very reluctantly cut us a "deal" for just over $300. Not only was zero cleaning done, the tech did not perform a single action that could be classified as "maintenance." What we got was a diagnostic and estimate for repairs and replacement. I called to complain twice before someone finally got back to me. I was told that the tech didn't perform the cleaning because it may have damaged the unit, which was clearly a lie because the tech never told me that and actually gave me a quote to perform the AC coil cleaning, $470 (what a deal!). The rep then told me that a simple cleaning was done, but not the deep clean that I was expecting. I asked that my invoice be revised to reflect that, but was quickly blocked. Yes, they actually blocked my number after repeatedly misrepresenting both the price and work. I was shocked. I filed a complaint with the BBB, of which I discovered there are many. Hopefully they do the right thing and just give me a refund, but I won't hold my breath. Again, they are clearly manipulating their reviews on Google. Customers do your research!"

He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and gave a fair and transparent estimate without upselling unnecessary work. "Iâ  ve used Ty Tech Services on three separate occasions. My first time using this company was for installing my Fire Stick in my older TV so I could subscribe to You Tube TV. Ty Tech also set up my You Tube Tv application. The second time I used TY Tech was to install a WiFi water leak detection system in my home. The most recent time I used Ty Tech was to reconfigure my internet system including resetting and applying a new password. I feel comfortable knowing that I can rely on Ty Tech to assist me with any technological issues that I may experience for a very reasonable cost. The cost for my tech issues was much more reasonable than I expected and were such that I would not be hesitant to call for help in the future. Further, my request for help was responded to almost immediately."

"After two hours, mighty plumbing could not diagnose and repair my hot water boiler heating system. After two hours I was told their labor charge was $450 per hour. Mighty plumbing was paid $600 at their request and was asked to stop their efforts and leave because it was clear that they did have the ability to repair my system. They requested payment for accomplishing nothing. I would not recommend Mighty Plumbing for diagnosis or repair of a hot water heating system."
