We had an extensive design to begin with and had several changes/additions, including a new fence that required hours of difficult concrete removal. Our plan included garden areas, pathways, a fire pit area, new irrigation and lawn, a pad for a new 8x8 shed, a bocce ball court, and an outdoor chess board. Smooth transaction from beginning to end. I was greeted on the phone by a friendly voice. She was so helpful in getting an appointment for the very next day, just in time before the winter storm! Kyle called before he arrived, just as promised. When he arrived at my house, he and his assistant immediately got to work blew out the system immediately. Because TLC as prompt and good work they will be returning in the spring to dewinterize in the spring. The bill was more than fair. What I like is this is a family run business and they care about their customers, they are responsive, and they are part of the community. Recommend them highly!
