"Mike at Bassett Heating and Air was punctual and professional during my initial estimate.  I received a call 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to inform me that he was on his way.  He arrived on time.  He was respectful of my home and family.  Even my dogs seemed to like Mike. 
 I told Mike that I needed a new outside a/c unit and that all the duct work and pipes were still in tact and functioning.  Mike and I discussed my options as far as the old type of system versus the new ozone friendly units.  He was patient and listened attentively to my requirements.  He answered all of my questions with knowledge and confidence.   After checking the plumbing and circuit breaker Mike informed me that my home was set up for either system and wrote estimates for both.  
With the information Mike provided I felt I was able to make an informed decision. In addition to providing the most reasonable estimate of several companies, Mike also offered fair finance terms that I could deal with.  I made an appointment on the spot for the repair.   Although we were going through a heat wave, Mike managed to book my appointment within 5 days of the estimate.  
Five days later, the crew at Bassett Heating and Air were again calling me to tell me they would arrive at my home in 15 minutes.  My new unit was installed and running beautifully within 90 minutes.
I will recommend Bassett Heating and Air HIGHLY to everyone who needs this type of service.  Mike and his crew at Bassett Heating and Air have won my business for life.  I plan to make an appointment in the fall to have my heating unit inspected and if needed tuned up by Bassett.

They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. "we just had issues with the sump pump not working correctly after the new one was installed, we called the company and they came back a couple of times until it was fixed. the only issue I have is that it should work the first time and it should be a quality sump pump for 850.00. However it works now, but my son said the new parts are not 5 star quality. I don't know, all I know is its working, I guess ask me in a couple of years. but it works now."

"This review is more about the installer. The products purchased for the remodel are outstanding and exceeded my expectations. But Tylor, my installer, was extremly professional and very good at his job. THe entire job took only two days and the result is fantastic. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He consulted with me on placement of some W items, so I got what I wanted and the way I wanted it. When he finished, everything was cleaned up, like he was never here. The work is beautiful and I am extremely happy with the outcome, it is better than I exoected I believe Tylor is a strong asset to the Bordner organization. Any future work I may need done, will be done by Bordner and hopefully Tylor as the installer.
