Welcome to Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating, Inc., owned and operated by Todd Moritzky. Todd is a third-generation Colorado Master plumber with over 30 years of experience. Although located in Colorado Springs, Bulletproof services all of southern and central Colorado, including the Denver metropolitan area. Our main line of business is Plumbing Contractors, both commercial and residential; however, we also enjoy remodeling work to help keep our creative side satisfied. We welcome challenges in this business, both to keep us learning and to keep us humble. Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado, and we require a 1-hour minimum of service work. https://bulletproofplumbingandheating.com/ **PLEASE NOTE! Todd came out due to my lack of water pressure. He accommodated my availability since I work full time. He was friendly, extremely thorough, explained everything, and was very generous with his time. He was able to increase my water pressure so I don't have to spend 2 hours watering my grass anymore but can run 2 hoses with sprinkler heads at the same time! I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and help.

Sump Pump Repair or Replace
I needed a sump pump repair and received two quotes. Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating was cheaper by a couple of hundred dollars. They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. Again his quote was significantly lower than another quote I received and the end result was another quality project completed by his team. Since then I have used Todd and his team for a couple of other plumbing issues. He is very responsive to my texts/calls and it is comforting to know that he will always send the same plumber (Jesse) to address our issues. It is also nice to know that I can always count on Todd 24/7 to respond back to me and treat me as though I was his most important customer. His company is definitely is worth hiring to address your plumbing needs!!!

Excellent customer service, they went above and beyond to make sure we got everything done for our remodel and by our sell date. Also we are in quarantine and they wore all the protective gear they were supposed to! cannot recommend them enough! Hire them you will not regret it, Todd the owner, Trevor, Dylan and Jessie are great to work with!

Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job in moving plumbing for bathtub. This was not a simple job as it required working around heat registers and other obstructions. They were very respectful of my home despite the inclement weather. They were on time and on budget. There was a county building permit pulled and they passed with flying colors. They had to complete an item that could not be done until the rough-in inspection was complete. They were back out in a timely fashion to complete the job. I can't speak more highly of Todd the owner. He was very responsive to my questions taking time to explain the process in detail. No question was to small and he always got back to me in a timely manner. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days.

Todd was excellent in coming out and providing a quote to remove and replace a sump pump motor and his price was considerably lower than the other quote I received. He also at the same visit provided me a quote for a future plumbing project I was considering and his price was also significantly lower than the other quote I requested. His technicians [Jesse and Dillon] arrives on time as promised and both were professional, communicated effectively the progress of the job and demonstrated excellent customer service skills. We are overall pleased with their customer service and quality of work.

Todd and his crew helped save my home sale! They quickly addressed the items on the home inspection report, going above and beyond to ensure all safety items were corrected appropriately. His team is professional, courteous, thorough and work quickly. The water heater repair and piping, floor drain, sink repair, dishwasher installation and toilet installation were each addressed in a timely manner. His prices are competitively fair, and all work has been impeccably completed to satisfy the inspectors and me. In the past, they've fixed my drains and sewer lines, too. They do the job right and are my go-to professionals when I need help.

Todd is Master plumber. He answered all my questions straight forward. Showed me water shut/off. Gas line .He found damaged exhaust pipe where carbon monoxide was leaking . He repaired it on the spot even though here for water heater. Caring for our safety as a family. Handled permit as I requested. Schedule inspect with County. Todd was the Best.
