The price was certainly reasonable. We chose a sump radon mitigation system. He even painted the piping to match the exterior--one less worry for us. The install looks great. We are going to finish our basement, and he made sure to install it so it would not interfere with the finish. It went from 4.1 (just above the standard requiring mitigation), to an average of 0.68!! "I needed a sump pump repair and received two quotes. Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating was cheaper by a couple of hundred dollars. They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. Again his quote was significantly lower than another quote I received and the end result was another quality project completed by his team. Since then I have used Todd and his team for a couple of other plumbing issues. He is very responsive to my texts/calls and it is comforting to know that he will always send the same plumber (Jesse) to address our issues. It is also nice to know that I can always count on Todd 24/7 to respond back to me and treat me as though I was his most important customer. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."
