From the very beginning, Aric, the owner, and his wife Madison were a delight to work with. They took the time to truly collaborate with us, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. They were attentive to our needs and worked within our budget, which was a big plus! Aric and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only did they schedule and perform the work quickly, but the results were outstanding. They removed two large trees and expertly ground the stumps until they were practically non-existent. Additionally, they cut the remaining wood into firewood-length pieces and stacked them, just as we had requested. The brush was completely cleared, and they left our yard looking immaculate. They showed up on time, cleaned up, and stayed to do an additional service at the last minute. They have reasonable pricing. Arborist Prime will now be my tree service. I highly recommended them."

Had Tom come out, give a quote and advice on what to trim to where. Quote was a bit lower than the others I had gotten but same ballpark. While talking I also mentioned a stump that had just been sitting and rotting for a long time. He said he could take care of that too for not too much more. Perfect! Came out, took care of the maple branches, a medium pine also in the power lines, and that stump all super quick. Honestly one of my best interactions with a tree service I have had.
