Start with the good: They did a very good job removing the trees. However, they caused minor gutter and roof damage by dropping huge pieces of wood. I tried to find a solution with the business owner, without much success, to say the least. They said someone would come here and fix it three weeks ago, but nothing has happened. I have called in about six times and sent four emails requesting to speak with someone, but nothing has happened. I keep getting promises that someone will call me back and take responsibility nothing has happened. We are very busy. Yes, you are busy focusing on making more money and serving other customers, but you are not owning your mistakes and making sure that your existing customers needs are being met, as well as keeping your promises. Lack of Integrity Lack of responsibility and accountability Poor communication poor customer experience.

Changing from a 5 star to .5 stars due to the lack of service from the front office. I have used this company for 4 years religiously, and this summer when my system broke it took 3 months and over NINE phone calls to the company to get someone to help me. Now my grass is completely dead and they had the audacity to charge me $120 for a $30 part and did not try to make it right at all. This company has now cost me hundreds to repair my lawn and they refuse to help me with it. Now snow is coming and I have had to call over 3 times to get someone to winterize my sprinklers. Each time I get promised that I will have an appointment by the end of the day and each day I hear nothing from the company. I even told the lady today I was very unhappy and all the reasons why and she just said she would take me off their list and hung up. This not a great way to treat your loyal customers. I will be sure to tell everyone I have referred to you to drop your business. It is very clear you do not care about your customers.

Great work for a very fair price. This was an enormous tree that was shared between neighbors. They worked with both of us and took care of some extra trees at a discounted rate while they were there. Highly recommend.

The gentleman were thorough, skilled, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I couldn t asked for a better group of professionals. Great Job!

Did not complete the basic work I contracted them for. Cut the sprinkler pipe (which they were willing to fix the following week during 97-degree weather, my yard would not survive) and lighting wires. Customer service was defensive, no apologies, and rude.
