"Mark is a wonderful guy. I have someone installed a water cartridge to the bath tub to stop the water dripping but he did not adjust the temperature so I end up just with warm water not hot water. He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience."

"Patrick was the answer to my prayers! My water heater went out and I needed someone who could convert the old tank to a tankless system. My kids and I were without water for over a week because the first company I contacted was a no-call/no-show. But Patrick was able to stop by and provide an estimate the next day.
