"Mark is a wonderful guy. I have someone installed a water cartridge to the bath tub to stop the water dripping but he did not adjust the temperature so I end up just with warm water not hot water. He refused to come back and adjust it. I found Mark, he came the same and adjust it. Now I have hot water. On top of that, he went an extra mile, tightened the bath tub sprout and adjust my water pressure regulator. What a wonderful experience."

"Excellent...we had some additional issues related to water pressure regulator, piping, etc. The situation happened on the weekend and we had hot water running by Monday afternoon. "Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"
