"Alex was really nice and knowledgeable about our broken AC. We did pay the $89 service fee for the evaluation. What caught me off guard was the quote for a new Amana HVAC Unit - 26K! I mentioned that I need to get a few other estimates before committing. In response, Alex said that most people find out that his prices are competitive. I would have preferred that Alex said, "Great idea! That's a lot of money and it's always a good idea to get a 2nd opinion"...or something like that. After consulting 2 other family-owned businesses with stellar reviews, we were quoted prices that were 10 to 12 thousand less than One Hour. The equipment was the same, if not even higher efficiency. Definitely shop around before committing."

"I would suggest you drop all other services and go with this one only. This service man is far beyond the skills and service of all others. I had one show up in car and a back pack. He looked at and said he would send a quote ?????? My furnace is out , its late and the temp outside is 0. Tony Bertolini repaired it less then a hour with no parts.
