We had Kaleb Hart from Polar Bear PHA out last week and thank God we did! From start to finish I was blown away by the professionalism. Now my mind is at ease knowing that our A/C unit will run like a top all summer long. Thank you, Kaleb and the entire crew at Polar Bear!

Very disappointed with our experience, despite the positive reviews. In summary, it took four different trips and five different calls, including two with the manager Tonya, to get an issue diagnosed and fixed that our regular company diagnosed over the phone the first time. We were also charged over $1400 for the first trip and $1000 for the last three, which our other two quotes after the fact came in around $500. On the second trip (misdiagnosis) the technician tried to upsell us on a bunch of services when the issue itself hadn't even been addressed. But for our supplemental heating system, the pipes in our mountain property would have frozen while we waited for the callbacks and the proper fix. *This is a review for the first service call, in November 2024. My insulation layer on the external water pipe broke during the winter and there was a crack on the pipe. I did not realize it until the spring. Polar Bear plumbing expert Mr. Steve Gardner came in and did a thorough inspection and gave me a list of options. The next day, he came in and fixed everything very professionally, including replacing the pipe, properly positioning it, adding an additional drain to prevent future freezing and cracking, replacing the other elbows along the pipe to prevent future breakdowns, and properly insulating the entire pipe from the wall to the ground. Mr. Gardner is very laid-back and does not only seek to get the job done correctly but also aims to build a long-term relationship. He actually put himself in my boots. The price is also very reasonable for the service and the knowledge I got.

I was having some issues with my HVAC system and contacted Polar Bear Plumbing Heating and Air. Jeremy was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get the work done and how professional they were! Iâ ll definitely be contacting Jeremy and Steve again for future repairs!
