"Outstanding service.  Technician arrived on time and performed diagnosis.  Although unit appeared to be working, it was not detected until later that the thermostat would not turn off the unit, so the new thermostat was not installed.  Technician and office personnel very helpful in coordinating return visit to install the new thermostat at no additional charge.

"These two guys have a lot of experience in that one is a journeyman plumber while his partner is a master plumber.  They came out to inspect a slow draining toilet but quickly diagnosed the problem might be a simple fix and offered to perform that limited service immediately.  Upon further discussion we also discussed a more comprehensive solution that would be a complete replacement of the current toilet with a new one.
To my surprise they were able to replace it within a couple hours which included drive time to pick it up from the home improvement store 10 minutes away.  After removing it from the floor they noted that whoever installed the toilet we were now replacing had done so incorrectly and without an important part.  I won't go into detail on what that was but suffice to say they completed the job with only a modest increase in their original estimate.
Very pleased with every aspect of Mr. C's plumbing services and within the next year plan to call them back for some additional work.

"Man, I have got to say I am truly impressed. I own several properties in Colorado springs and needed some flooring done in a bad way. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier.
