"Outstanding service.  Technician arrived on time and performed diagnosis.  Although unit appeared to be working, it was not detected until later that the thermostat would not turn off the unit, so the new thermostat was not installed.  Technician and office personnel very helpful in coordinating return visit to install the new thermostat at no additional charge.

"I was super impressed with Rocky Mountain services. They showed up after their normal business hours because I was freaking out.. my furnace went out all of a sudden and my house was freezing to the point I was afraid the pipes would freeze. No one else answered the phone but Rocky Mountain services answered right away and came out immediately. They got the heat back on that same night. I’d highly recommend them to family and friends. "Couldn't have been better.We lost our long-term plumber when he closed his business. Checking Angie's List we found Mr. C's Plumbing, which we most liked, aside from the really good reviews, was that it was run and operated by a self-employed plumber.Two plumbers, Jay and David, showed up at the expected time, found the job was a little more complicated than expected. Repair of the existing unit could not be done and a replacement was required. They actually went out and purchased a new unit for me, while I ordered a major part online that was not available locally.They came back four days later, after the new part arrived, and did the installation. Clean, simple and it works perfectly. The not only cleaned up their work space both times but, as my wife noticed, they re-arranged all of the mess that was under our sink so that it was useable for the first time in years.Cost was modest at best. I would call it low for the job they performed, including two visits. They do not change a service fee for the calls, only the agreed upon price. One company we called, before Mr. C's, not only charged a $75 fee, they would charge another fee (half the first fee) if they had to return for a second visit. If you haven't used a plumber in a while, you might not be able to understand how I think of $200 as a low fee, but I can assure you, it was very low, particularly given the hours they put into this job. I don't think they made much money from our job. You can be sure that, from now on, Jay and David are our go-to plumbers. When we need to replace our hot water heater, which is nearing the end of it's life, you can be sure we will call upon Mr. C's."
