"Outstanding service.  Technician arrived on time and performed diagnosis.  Although unit appeared to be working, it was not detected until later that the thermostat would not turn off the unit, so the new thermostat was not installed.  Technician and office personnel very helpful in coordinating return visit to install the new thermostat at no additional charge.

They showed up after their normal business hours because I was freaking out.. my furnace went out all of a sudden and my house was freezing to the point I was afraid the pipes would freeze.
