"Amazing service. Tyler redid 2 of my boyfriend’s bathroom. He took out the bathtub and installed a walk in shower because my boyfriend is 86 and has trouble getting out of bathtubs. He also added a barn door shower in both bathrooms., he put in shower seats and grab bars in both bathrooms. He even came back to fix some issues we were having. He is considerate, understanding and really easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company."

Optic was finally able to diagnose and fix the actual problem (sagging pipe that kept clogging and backing up). "Jen2 Excavating is an exceptional company in multiple ways. Yes, Marcus Garcia and his Jen2 team are prompt, polite, hardworking, from start to finish and estimate and price the work accurately and fairly. There is more to the story. We attempted to contact eight Pueblo and Pueblo West Companies to clear the tall grass, weeds, and brush that was rapidly overtaking our desert landscaped property. We sent them all a brief standardized description of the work and the land areas involved. Jen2 alone, responded immediately, came out the same day to estimate the work, and a week later our acre size yard was restored and cleared, and we were delighted with the work done. The other service companies contacted either failed to respond altogether or sent prefabricated emails and text messages within the time it took Jen2 to finish the work. So, start by contacting Jen2 if you have tall grass, weeds, and brush removal job, and avoid the disinterested candidates."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
