Kyle and his crew came out on an emergency basis and handled our septic install professionally and promptly. They walked us through ever step and came highly recommended from everyone in the community including our bank and other professionals in the industry! Highly recommended for efficiency, honesty and quality of work. Reasonably priced which certainly helped in this emergency situation.

Use Kyle at your own risk!!! If you do not know about roofing you won't know any better! Do not let his veteran status, fool you. I have respect for veterans, but this one got me. (See pictures). He was contracted to roof my house. His guys came out and their workmanship was horrible. Just putting on the ice and water layer (the simplest part of the job) was a horrible wreck. I called and fired his guys in so many words. I could not believe the lack of skill these guys had. Water was getting UNDER the ice and water with the first rain. I also was going to have Kyle build my front door. He said he could do it. But got his feelings hurt by my firing his workers. Originally I was going to use [Redacted] com to do it. He talked himself up so I decided to let him do it. Later I decided to stay with [Redacted].com because it was an outside door and the weather would be harsher on it and their work has a lifetime warranty with no small print, but let him use the same wood that I delivered to him, a big redwood slab to build an inside door so I still gave him some business. A year later, he still has not done very much to the door but had very many excuses. The following are pictures of the text messages just to get the wood back. He dropped it off secretly because he was too embarrassed to show his face. He did deliver the Pella side lights we ordered for the door after we decided to stay with [Redacted] We gave him a significant deposit (50%), and after a year of delays and excuses and refusing to send any pictures of progress it is questionable that we got our moneys worth as you can see here with the unfinished product. They were prompt, thourow, experienced and courteous. This was a sewer line repair with manual digging at a reasonable price.

The crews were very helpful and always explained things to me when the install was going on. I love having my family under my pergola.
