Greg and Chris fixed what a previous "master plumber" (as advertised) had not done: stop a leak.
Originally, I called this company to move an outside hose bib. But Greg detected a small leak in the crawl space and offered to fix the leak in addition to the hose bib. He indicated that the previous plumbing work seemed confused and needed to be replaced to fix the leak.
The previous plumbing work had not added a vent, as required by code, to the washer. Greg added that and cleaned the drain line
Before doing anything work, Greg provided two estimates: one with only the hose bib work; the other one for the hose bib and additional repairs for the leak.

We never want to force you to do more than you called for but if we don't share what is really going on with our customers they risk much higher repair costs and damage to their home in the future.
