The best part about this spa: no chlorine or chemical smell whatsoever. My husband and son are both asthmatics who react poorly to chlorine. They've been using the tub for days with zero problems. And the water is crystal clear

Gave me good advice and even helped out with unexpected items that arose as a result of the pool being installed (yard drainage). Gordon did most all of the work himself, with one helper. He had a licensed electrician do the wiring and a licensed plumber run the gas lines for the heater, but everything else he did. He's very talented. We hit ground water when digging and he didn't fret about it. He knew exactly how to handle it and did so. Most pool contractors start adding on excessive fees if they hit ground water. The pool is beautiful and came out perfect

Whenever I would call them and even if they were really busy, they would tell me they could squeeze me in. I really do like them. They have a very reasonable price for a very high quality spa. They were easy to deal with and they were competitive all across the line. They had a good warranty
- International Hot Tub CoWe have owned hot tubs in the past and know the basics. We went there because they were the closest Hot Springs dealer. Salesman kept talking about all the wonderful aspects of their hot tubs, but did not provide any details and was vague on pricing. It was really one of the more awkward sales experiences we have had in a long time. We kept hoping for some real information one why we should buy a Hot Springs spa and why from them, but did not get any real help. He gave us stories of other purchasers that were not very relevant. It may just be the one salesman, but we will not go back, and based on our experience cannot recommend them to others

When I contacted Lucy about our concrete job, she responded very quickly and provided me with photos of recent work along with a list of references to contact. That really impressed me, as I've never worked with a contractor who provided that information upfront.

Once I decided to hire her, she came to the house to see the job in person, take measurements and discuss some of the design elements of the patio and front stoop. Once we finalized our contract, her foreman got started on the work right away, he and his crew had the work done within one week and it turned out very well. As with any project there were a few minor bumps and small delays, but they worked through it, communicated very well and did a fantastic job.
