LEWIS WATER & SEWER INC

My water provider suggested I find a company that could complete the plumbing repair, but also the excavation required to reach the leak. They suggested I call Lewis Water and Excavation based on their past dealings with them. The owner, Terry Lewis, visited my home, diagnosed the repair and gave me a quote. I also received quotes from 2 other companies. I chose Terry because of his quote, his responsiveness on calls and emails, and his ability to complete the repair soon. Terry and his help were very considerate of my home and yard. They cleaned up the yard, sidewalk and the basement bedroom (where the water connection inside my home is located) once the repairs were completed and tested.

They did a great job, did it for less than quoted, worked around the schedule of the cement contractor we had and I was very pleased.

The job went well. He seems to know what he is doing. The price was reasonable.

No problems with the sewer line. The soil was compacted very well, no sink holes or settling - we laid concrete over the area and so far no cracks. No damage to our property. Punctual and very friendly.

I was very pleased. I was in a pinch to get this done on a Friday before the weekend and Terry ended up working late to make sure the work was complete. I felt like what he charged was reasonable as they had to access the inside of the septic tank in order to replace the piping that was deteriorated. I would definitely use them again for any Water / Sewer / Septic work.

This company was very professional. After having been without my kitchen sink drain for several days, it was wonderful to have them come in and quickly get the job done. I now have PVC piping that will not rust through and cause this problem again.
