They came out and did a complete inspection and told me the crack in my foundation wall does not need repairing unless it progresses further. One of my fears in hiring a company off Anti without a personal recommendation and about a topic I'm not familiar with (foundations) is that they might try to tell me I needed repairs when I didn't need them. The second was from Jose, who showed up at my home and assessed the situation. The cost was higher but I think the first bidder, when he got to my home would have seen the problems associated with the job and raised his bid. Either that or the quality would have been a great deal below what I received from Cardenas Concrete. In addition, Jose suggested that I contact the plumbing company that caused one of the problems associated with the project. I did and that company corrected that problem at zero cost. I am a big believer that you get what you pay. In this case, a high quality concrete installation with which I am 100% satisfied and for which I give Cardenas Concrete and Jose Cardenas my highest recommendation."
