repeated above. Basically I am totally disappointed and shocked because he was sharp and nice man in every way. and I hope he didn't die or have a heart attack..I can't believe he just disappeared.

Kevin called back 5 minutes after I left a message and was able to schedule me for the time I wanted. He called to tell me he was on the way and fixed the problem quickly and charged what I expected to pay.

I call them at 8:26 and left a message on a forwarded number. I had a return call within 10 mins. They confirmed the issue and said he would send out some one. They arrived on sit with in 30 mins of the call back. I showed him the issue and he got right to work. We had hot water within 15 mins and have had no problems so far. I would call them again and would suggest they be on the top of anyone's call list.

Her first attempt to reach us failed when she didn't check her messages to learn that we were booked out for several days and she needed immediate assistance. Miscommunication was the cause of the problem."

I saved over $1,000 in work that another vendor said was needed to correct the tank and computerized controller on my well system. Gant said the tank was fine and replacing the controller would be needed every 5 or 6 years. The last time I replaced it ($1200) was just 5 years ago. He got things running and a new system which is more reliable will be installed when the time comes.

Overpriced. Charged me $100.00 per hour labor for men with equipment (which is fair) and $30.00 per hour for a worker who did not even understand basic English- and therefore had problems executing what was asked of him.
