"Furnace ran without trouble while Eric was here. He inspected it and ran tests, found nothing wrong. Charged us only for the visit, and didn't try to sell us any kind of additional services. But he provided a quote for a new unit in case the noise returned and we wanted to replace the furnace, which is 20 years old. "This was the week before Christmas and I was having out of town guest comining to stay so it was important to have it installed before their arrival. They accommadated all of my schedule changes and were on time. They performed a professional job, that when I came home from them replacing it with the new one, there was no mess to clean up after. Althouth pricier then their competitiors, I went with them because they were bonded and I wasn't sure I was going to be present when they were installing it, and wanted to trust a company I hired. "We had David and his team install a new mini-split air conditioning/heating unit in our upstairs. From start to finish he did an excellent job! He worked around our busy schedule, showed up on time, completed the project and cleaned everything up when done. Couldn’t be happier with his work. He even took time to cover my guitar collection so it wouldn’t get dusty during construction. Biggest challenge was finding the proper 220V wiring (house was built in 1937) and installing a new circuit breaker in the panel box. Everything works great!
