Conditioning Unit drain was plugged and water was leaking under our floors.  Previous service call in 10/2013 from a different company (Performance Plumbing Services) sent out through our home warranty company AHS said he couldn't do anything to fix the problem until we were able to locate the drain outlet and to call him back when we were able to do so.  They did some mickey mouse adjustments which didn't work. We therefore stopped using the air conditioning.  In the spring we decided to not go through our warranty company AHS since we had no satisfaction from the company they sent out in October and, therefore, called GRAYDON KOURI direct as we had used him several times in the past and found him to do outstanding work. Mr. Kouri diagnosed the problem and was able to correct the drainage problem by pulling out the hose that was stuck in the mud, replacing it with a new pvc pipe and repositioning it over the hole in the slab.   We have always found Mr. Kouri to be very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest and would highly recommend him to everyone.  HE IS EXCELLENT!

This guy is amazing. I would recommend him until the cows came home. We moved to Sacramento in 94' and my realtor recommended him to us. I have known him for 20 years and he is SO good! Graydon is such a gentlemen, and is always looking for ways to save me money. He will talk as much or as little as you like, so if you are looking for some education he is your guy. His prices are very competitive. In my book he gets an A+.

This was the week before Christmas and I was having out of town guest comining to stay so it was important to have it installed before their arrival. They accommadated all of my schedule changes and were on time. They performed a professional job, that when I came home from them replacing it with the new one, there was no mess to clean up after. Althouth pricier then their competitiors, I went with them because they were bonded and I wasn't sure I was going to be present when they were installing it, and wanted to trust a company I hired. I would reccommend them to anyone.

Their technician arrived a bit later than I had planned on him arriving but I guess that has to be allowed since he had to go procure the parts necessary to do the job and the job paperwork.  Once he arrived everything went smoothly.  He was very professional and efficient at his work.  About 3 hours into the work he came to me and told me he had to go back to the supply house.  They had given him the wrong size fittings for a couple of places in the line and fitting 3/4" into a 1/2" fitting is pretty tough.  He left for an hour for lunch and to get the correct fittings. Once he was back the rest of the job went smoothly.   The job took 4 more hours than quoted but that is ok since I work from home.  When it come to paying the bill the final total was as quoted even though the work time was double what they said.  They are a family owned company and their pricing is quite competitive.  I got several quotes and they were near the bottom.  Being an ex-construction worker myself I did a check of the work and I found it to be done quite well.  I would certainly use them again.

It was terrible and he still hasn?t finished. He tried to charge us for the whole thing before he had done anything and he wasn?t returning calls or showing up. It took six months to get the furnace installed and he still hasn?t done the testing so my permit can be finished. I won?t pay him for the Title 24 testing until he does it but he doesn?t want to do it without being paid so I?m stuck. He?s sent me notices that say I didn?t pay so I have to pull bank statements that show I did. This is through my home warranty and I was told I had to use him. I would never use him again and I would tell everyone else to run.

Good work on the toilets. They tried to get the rocking toilet to level out by adjusting the bolts but finally the repair person recommended pulling the toilet and starting over. Since the floor was tile, the original tile installer did not level the tile with the drain properly, so the toilet need to be leveled in several areas. Appreciated that the repair person took the time to do the job right! The other toilet had some minor roots in the drain from the ill placed wisteria bush directly outside the bathroom, and the repair person gave recommendations on products to kill the roots. Still having some problems though, and will have to have them come out to go deeper into the line to pull the now dead roots out of the line. And lastly, the faucet that was leaking outside turned out to just be the hose itself was leaking - I thought this was so simple an issue that the call out fee could have been waived on that minor item, no repair was even done, he just looked at it. I put a new hose on it and problem solved. They responded promptly and clean up after themselves very well. This company was referred to me by the home warranty service that I have.

My tankless water heater stopped working so I called my insurance, American Home Shield, to get a professional to fix the problem. They got Graydon Kouri Plumbing Heating A/C to do the job. They were fast, they do same day service. When the repairperson first came to my house and saw my tankless water heater, he said they don't repair tankless heaters (that's hard to believe) but they said they will give it a shot. They did. They found that my pilot light was not working properly so they cleaned it and now it works again. The repairperson was both professional and down-to-earth in his talk. For me, a good job is half getting the job done right and the other half is communication. They done a great job repairing but the communication to keep me comfortable with a stranger in my house wasn't the best. However, I would hire them again. Well worth the money spent.
