Alpha helped with structural plans for windows in a garden level unit in order to prepare the proposal for city approval. Alpha is a big company and it took them a little while to complete everything; however I can certainly say that the engineer and contact people were knowledgeable and thorough. The plans were approved with their help and now that the unit is permitted for occupancy, the windows are a lovely attribute to the space."

We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget! "I had a terrible experience with this plumbing service. I originally called them to fix a simple toilet connection leak. Instead of addressing the actual issue, they removed the entire toilet, broke the flange, and then tried to convince me it was already damaged ? even though I knew for a fact it wasn?t. To make things worse, they did not reinstall the toilet correctly. The bolt was left crooked and unstable (see photo), and the toilet was not secured the way it should be and they charged me 350$ When I called them back to fix their own mistake, they repeatedly hung up on me. I tried multiple numbers and none of them answered. Extremely unprofessional and completely irresponsible. I now have to hire another plumber to fix the damage they caused. I highly recommend avoiding this service ? they caused more problems than they "

He raved that his engineer was on his staff as an employee and that she previously worked for LA planning so she understood how to more efficiently complete plans to be done sooner. The mistakes and time in between for her to submit corrections were so long there was no reason for it. When we were given so many excuses I contacted the city myself to get a true timeline and found that the corrections were issued by city and they were very basic items that any engineer should not have even had an issue with and weeks and over 2 months would go by that she did not respond to the corrections. When we reached out to Yakov to get resolution he brushed us off and said we had to handle it with the engineer. He did not always respond to calls. I had to excessively call them both to get the work done. It was nearly two years of stress for the plans to finally be complete and approved with the city. Suffice to say we di"
