There isn’t a cleanout available so Jaime pulled the toilet and scoped the entire main line and showed me exactly what the problems were. He popped down into my Mom’s really cramped crawl space to see what it would take to correct it. The waste lines were very old and damaged cast iron and Jaime presented 3 different options to take care of the problems. I felt like he really listened to us and once we decided what to do he started right away to dig and install a new cleanout and replace the damaged drain lines.
