"He is great. The service is not that expensive. I would say it is between average and low. It is not cheap, but he is certainly not high. The whole rodent thing is such a game and some people would literally charge thousands of dollars and he is not even close to that. He is very honest. He is one of the most honest people I've ever met in my entire life. The whole pest control thing is not hard. It is just about honesty. You have to be honest with people. We own rental property and so I need someone to solve these things quickly and he is pretty good about it. He works and he solves it. It was in one of my tenant's houses. I had a little bit experience with bees and I tried to solve it. I got stung and got a horrible reaction. That is when I just went to the list and called him up. His price was a $150. This is the fourth time we had bees. I remember the first time I've checked prices on it and somebody quoted me $1500! That is a huge difference."

"Swarm of bees suddenly appeared on the patio.  The County came out and determined they were not killers but had started to build a nest in the wall of the carport.  An hour after the call to Sam Sorensen from Bee n Wasp Removal, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue, put on his cool white bee suit and helmet and triaged the space with a powder substance he applied  in the wall and     that the bees did not like.  He knew the bees had just started to build the nest but said 25,000 were already in the wall.  He explained the entire process and said there would be some casualties but most of the bees would just move away and not come back.  He was done  in 30 minutes.  There was some bee sweep up for a few days but the  problem is solved without fumigation. Relief and gratitude.

"We had a variety of pests at our Orange County property. The pests were entering from multiple openings in and around our condo attic. Some had even entered into our living area. TriCounty came in and assessed the situation and gave our HOA a couple options. TriCounty began the process by first closing all entry points.
