I had a gopher problem, and the technician was knowledgeable in the placement of the traps for best results. He was patient and explained the process. First setting of the traps; and then if needed, applying gas to the tunnels. He set 5 traps. I'm hopeful that the traps work, and we won't need to add gas to the tunnels. But whatever has to be done to complete the job will be done.

He really took his time surveying all the areas of potential infestation and explained, very well, the treatment and what to look for to check any further issues. He did a great job at a reasonable price!

Lenny, the inspector was completely thorough, he spent over an hour, inspecting our home, attic, and underneath the crawlspace areas. Other companies did not provide that in depth of an inspection. They offered us an alternate solution to tenting, which was best suitable for my family. We hired them and Derek showed up to do the work. He was also amazing, very detailed and friendly. He kept us informed of everything, and Did a summary of his work before he left.
