Pretty much everyone in the neighborhood has complained about rats, mice and other rodents in their yards and sometimes inside their apartments. The technician came out and set up traps around the property. After a few days, we stopped seeing any rats. That was nine years ago. We’ve been using them for monthly service ever since, not only for rodent control, but also to spray for spiders, roaches, ants and other insects."
