They were prompt in responding to the initial inquiry and answering questions. We had an original install date, but they had forgotten to put it in the book, so we rescheduled for another day. Price was higher than what I wanted to spend, but it was still reasonable compared to other quotes. They were prompt, courteous, and efficiently completed the job. I would recommend them for any project that you have.

I was in need of an emergency plumber to fix a water main issue. The owner Richard got ahold of me even while getting on a plane. He made sure his team got out to my house the next day and not only did they provide quick service but they also were fair with the price, professional and patient. Lorenzo is an absolutely ROCKSTAR. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why things needed to happen a certain way and so on. As a new home owner I feel great knowing I have a plumber I can trust. Highly recommend if you want to work with a company who is knowledgable and honorable.

Very pleased with service

I could not be more pleased with this company. The technician that first came out Lorenzo and his partner were very professional and did a thorough inspection of the problem. Once the problem was diagnosed he and the company gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other companies out there that we’re trying over price the job. Throughout the job being completed the Owner/Manager Richard was giving me updates and videos of every step of the process. Everything was done properly and with care. I will definitely be keeping business with this company for future projects and recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I called Renowned Plumbing based off their awesome reviews and for being the first ones to call me back at 2am. When they arrived on scene, they greeted us with open arms like if we were family and rest assured us that everything was going to be okay. After they did their initial inspection, they provided us with several options before doing anything. Due to this being our first time as a homeowner, they mentioned to us that our sewer line was completely broken in one area and that only area needed to be replaced. My wife chose to contact one more contractor just to compare apples to apples since weâ ve been burned before while living with our parents and man that was a bad option. The second contractor arrived and not only did they not investigate what was wrong, but they wanted to sell us on a whole new sewer line completely from the house to the to the street. We felt embarrassed calling Renowned back after being taken advantage of and WOW, All I can say is Richard and his team saved us over $40,000 in only doing what needed to be done. Looking further and call Renowned!! A god sent Contractor for sure!! Thanks guys!!

I had a flood that occurred in my home water spuing out from my floors my hardwood and laminate floors are ruined by this flood so I found Richard from Renowned Plumbing and he was very kind and what I love best is throughout the whole time communicating with him he was very thorough in his explanations and what could be and what future issue he said will happen if these other issues donâ t get fixed he showed me from the camera they did exactly what they came out to do Lorenzo was the young man who came and showed us on the camera where all the problems lay under our house they snaked and flushed the roots and I definitely will have them come back and install new sleeving throughout the pipeline to protect any further corrosion as he had explained Iâ ve owned this house for 62 yrs and what I saw underneath this house were very old pipes and I trust that RP will do the job correctly I have faith in this company and I have a lot of respect for Richard because he didnâ t talk or treat us like some contractors have in the past he was very sincere

We had the pleasure to work with Chris and his helper Danny. I called Renowned to receive a quote on repairing a section of my sewer where my palm trees were growing into. Chris provided several options and I chose to go the most expensive route so that I would never have this issue come back again. Chris also stated that we did not have to have our palm trees removed. The warranty he gave us was great as well. They also provided me with a cash discount that goes a long ways! Thank you Chris, Danny and everyone at the Renowned headquarters.

I absolutely love that they work within your schedule to come out to perform services requested. I contacted their office late at night and they were able to schedule Chris the manager the next morning to provide me with a free second opinion. I had another local company that wanted to gouge me for everything that I had. This prompted me ti contact Renowned. After Chris did his free diagnosis, he went to me a reassured me that my issue was not as bad. I went ahead and had Chris and his team repair the section of sewer that only needed to be replaced. The entire sewer line did not need replacement like the other company stated it did.. Itâ s very hard to find trustworthy plumbers these days. Im so blessed I found mine.
