Jose provided excellent service. He communicated and shared photos and videos proactively. He solved the problem and also offered a 60 day warranty on his work.

Jose (with JRC Plumbing) did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He quickly responded to my request and was on time to the job site. He was clean and effecient (everything you hope for in a plumber inside your home)! His attention to the details (making sure the faucet was centered and no smudges) was definately appreciated. I highly recommend Jose for your next job!

Jose from JRC Plumbing is wonderful to work with. Not only is he an expert in his craft, he’s professional, friendly, and provides great communication. The tube spout broke off in our bathroom. He was able to identify the problem, provide a clear plan of action, and give very reasonable pricing. Our tube spout was quickly fixed, and he patched the wall that needed to be cut into to reattach the pipe, leaving our home better than it was. I will definitely be reaching out to Jose at JRC Plumbing again.

Jose did a great job. He kept me informed by texting a couple of times before arriving. The job was a bit complex and took a couple of days but was done as promised and on time. When he left everything was neat and clean.

When Jose came over, I thought I was dealing with a simple clogged tub. But after a thorough inspection — including camera footage and detailed explanations — he showed me the real issue: severely rusted and narrowed pipes, blocked over time by calcium and debris. It was far more serious than I expected, and honestly, something I couldn’t afford to fully replace, because 2 of my family members passed and I was financially depleted. But here’s the part that makes Jose so special: he approached the situation with genuine compassion, patience, and care. Is very patiently working on our sink issue. Appreciated that he explained everything that he was doing and why it needed to be done and answered all of our concerns. If we ever have this issue again, I wouldn’t hesistate to contact your company.

Well, I am a retired Building Inspector and have used ANGIs contractors in the past with good results. I have installed several toilets (15+) on the; job, my home, a family vacation home, family/friends homes, etc. So I know what is involved in a c/out of toilets. The bottom line is the fee kept changing even after we had toilets at our house and after he did one. Thank God I paid him for just installing 1, he wanted $100 more to come back plus the last half of the original fee. He asked for the extra, the day after the first install to return the next time. I said NO and he left me no choice but to formally file a complaint.

He worked hard and I was satisfied with his work.
