He used hydro jetting to thoroughly clean the line, and you could immediately tell the difference ? the drain has been flowing perfectly ever since. What really stood out was his attitude and work ethic. Even though it was late, he took his time to do the job right and made sure everything was clean before leaving. "Chris was amazing. He was the first to arrive of all the contacted people. We talked about what I wanted (replace the cartridge) and he quoted me $250. That is not high to replace a cartridge. He determined that the shower knob faucet valve cartridge was probably NOT DEFECTIVE, possibly only cleaned, and I assumed the price would be lower with no new $100 part needed. He fixed it by adjusting the hiddent pressure valves, removed and cleaned the cartridge, but didn't lower the price. I'm mostly okay with it. The problem IS SOLVED, I know next time that I can probably adjust the valves myself, and he did a great job. So between the pretty-reasonable quote if it had needed all the work, the fast response, and quality work, I got my money's worth. I would recommend them and call them again for more work.."
