"Five weeks in summer with Juan Munoz of Skyline Konstruction transformed a neglected home to a lovely beautiful house. I and my family love how it all turned out. The project basically entailed demolishing weather beaten wood side coverings & fascia and replaced with stucco, rebuild a balcony, painted the whole exterior, and installed veneer stone in designated areas including the chimney. In the process, I like the following: •Juan being the 3rd or 4th guy on the site closely supervising his guys gave me confidence things are done right. •Juan never dealt with subcontractors so no worries about mechanics lien. • Juan has family-oriented workers who are very respectful, hard-working, leave the site clean daily and have good work ethics.
