Edward came over to our property and listened to my wife's very specific ideas. He came back quickly with a rendering that exactly matched our requests, including engineering a design to have the pool come up to our property line wall. Angel then spent hours at city hall obtaining the appropriate permits. All we had to provide was signatures when necessary. The construction of our inground pool was completed in just 2 months and passed every inspection the first time. Our back yard is a small space with restricted access, so our pool had to be dug by hand. It took them just 2 days! The crew stayed late when necessary, worked weekends if needed and returned to make any changes that we requested. Their plumber, Genaro, installed the best possible equipment and had everything up and running perfectly as soon as there was water in the pool. The two foremen who worked on our pool, Luis and Ramon, are two of the finest craftsmen we have seen. Everyone who sees our pool is amazed with the quality of the work. We had several companies provide estimates for our pool. Angel's Pools was one of the most competitive prices and by far the shortest time line. The estimated price hardly changed during the project and they delivered on their time frame. The payment schedule was fair and Julie in the office was always very knowledgeable and helpful. And, perhaps most importantly, whenever we had a question or an issue, Angel and Edward always returned our calls promptly and provided a quick resolution throughout the entire project. "John was available to start the work on a Friday afternoon. He installed the new outlet competently and completely. However, John made three trips to Home Depot to pick up supplies. The store is only 2 miles from my house and the first trip took over an hour. He needed to come back the following morning to complete the work because he needed two longer screws. Finally, he had quoted $200-250; but charged me $300 because the "supplies cost nearly $100.""

"We purchased a design coupon on angieslist, and we sat down with Deny to design an addition that we were planning. We also contacted Prefer Home Builders and had them give a design and estimate. We had a specific budget range and we were looking for the open concept design, and ESI was able to deliver a design at a price that we could afford. Preferred Home Builders had a higher estimate(close to $30,000 more for the same work). So we decided to go with ESI.
ESI worked fast with us, within a week they turned the blue print design and submitted to the city of Arcadia, and within another week it was approved by the city and we started construction. A Payment schedule upon the various phases of passing inspection was setup so we were in control of the funds. Starting from Demolition, to Concrete Foundation, Plumbing, Framing, Roofing, Electrical, Insullation to Drywall, ESI past inspection each phase the first time the inspector came out. As a result the project was ahead of schedule. There were small adjustment needed as the construction developed and ESI always provided more than one solution that would cost less to resolve the issue, and there were no hidden fees.
I was at the Job site almost every other day and the workers were very professional, and did very good quality work. The rough finish foreman Roberto was very friendly and knowledgeable and always took time to explain and answer detailed questions about the construction. There was no short cuts in the material and work done, and this is evident in them passing inspection the first time at each phase.
Seeing the quality of the work, we decided to have them finish the master bathroom as well as install new hardwood flooring throughout the house, and we are very happy with the results.
Overall we are very happy working with Deny and ESI Construction, and we will definitely use them in the future, and we recommend you to contact them and see what they can do for you.

"It went very well. Everyone was very informative. They kept me up to date with the process and whenever I had a question, they were really prompt with their answers whether by email or phone. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed. I was very pleased with the whole process. And it was easy, they took care of everything."

The crew arrived within the stated "window".  The three man crew set to work in a completely safe and professional manner.
As the project was nearing completeion, I received a messge that I was needed elsewhere.  I told the crew leader that I had to leave.
I gave him a check for payment, and asked that he make sure the area was cleaned up before they left.  Especially the neighbor's yard.
I returned a short time later to fine the crew gone, the tree looking absolutely beautiful and both lawns cleaned up to perfection.
