"This guy I the best. Worth every penny. My floors had holes and were shaking. My mom is in a wheel chair so this is not acceptable. Not only did he reinforce and level the floor he also recommended the right type of flooring. He truly went above and beyond. I would give him 10 stars it I could. ✨️"

"Let me tell you about Amir he is a stand up and honest guy!! When all architect companies wanted to take me for thousands of dollars Amir instead gave me the tools (knowledge) of what needed to be done to get the site and floor plan done for the city. You don’t meet many business people that will give you honest free advice so Amir is greatly I meant greatly appreciated for his assistance and guidance in getting my site and floor plan completed for the city. Will definitely work with Amir again!!!!"

"Jorge went extra mile to sand parquet floors, made sure we liked color of stain, then applied final coat of varnish. Helped us move some furniture. Very reasonable for professional job! Hiring him again to stain some doors, then coat with varnish."

"It was a pleasure working with Mario, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Mario?s team did a great job repairing my antique hardwood floor in my 110-year old house. There was water damage, dry rot and missing wood planks. They did a great job at blending in the new wood with the old wood. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly crew. The floors look beautiful! I highly recommend Mario Diaz Flooring.
The job took 3 days total including two coats of oil-based polyeurthane. Once the work was completed I had to wait a total of 48 hours before I could move my furniture back in (24 hours for the oil-based polyeurthane to dry and another 24 hours for it to cure). The smell of the top coat is very strong for the first 2-3 days as expected due to it being oil-based and not water-based. I chose a semi-gloss finish, no staining necessary. The type of wood we had to purchase to match my old floors was very expensive, but blended in nicely."

"They showed up when they said they would. They picked up the material from Home Depot . They took it up to the 6th floor and laid it. The floor looks beautiful . It was all cleaned up. Ariel Builders are very professional. Great job!"

"Monteros Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job of sanding and refinishing my wood floor. Javier and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and on time. I have had my floor done before by other local companies, but in my opinion Monteros does a superior job for less. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"Scott and his crew at Olde Tyme Floor Co. are true artisans of flooring. We were restoring a 1954 midcentury modern that had been a rental, so the floors had a lot of wear. The original parquet tiles were in most of the house; the original tiles from the hallway into one bedroom had been removed in the past due to water damage. Olde Tyme Floor Co. started by sanding down the old dark stain to reveal the beautiful original mixed fruitwood. They hand cut and laid new parquet where it was damaged to closely match the original. The pieces were thoughtfully laid out so that there was variation much like the original. The threshold that connects old and new is seamless. The final natural stain is a gorgeous finish that highlights the wood floor and significantly brightens the house. To work with Scott is a dream. Scott was so honest and clear that we hired him to complete our general contractor work for this remodel, replacing a person who finacially inflated jobs while the work was in process. Scott communicates proactively, and is extremely clear. All of the work and estimates were transparent. Scott was onsite nearly every day, and made sure to understand our needs so that the final product was exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Olde Tyme Floor Co. for flooring that is done right. This is an old craft that Scott and his crew are extremely proficient with. Floors are worth investing in and once I saw the results, I knew Olde Tyme Floor Co. was the right choice."
