There was not high pressure sale pitch, just timely and thorough quote. They were on time, clean and a job well done. The level of communication was top level. We will be using them again in another room very soon.

I found Footprints and the company rep/estimator, Alfonso was on time and provided a reasonable quote for the work - compared to the 7 others I contacted. Although I had to wait my turn, the wait was well worth it. My flooring project turned out great. Footprints sent me a seasoned and skilled expert, Edgar. I couldn't be happier with the results of his work. I would recommend Footprints to anyone who has any flooring installation needs.

Footprints Floors moved my furniture out of and back into my home, refinished hardwood floors, and removed and installed baseboards in less than four days. Their quote was very reasonable. Alphonso worked with me on the timing to ensure the weather remained good. He also sent a workman back to my home in a few days to fix one very minor repair. I highly recommend Footprints Floors for their professionalism, flexibility and quality work.

I had expensive solid hard wood flooring installed in the entire house by Footprints Floors and the results were excellent flooring installation. The quality of work done by Alfonso's employees was true quality. The guys working in my home always made sure all trash and debris was cleaned up before leaving for the day. They moved my furniture and safely put it back when the floors were finished. I fully recommend Alfonso and his employees with Footprints Floors, they are the best!

We used Footprint floors to do three bedrooms and a hallway. They were professional and extremely responsive. They allowed us to adjust what we wanted a few times to get the work/price that we were comfortable with. The whole process was very smooth and the team actually ended up finishing a whole day ahead of schedule because of the work ethic.

Their work is so good, I was actually FLOORED! The response time was beyond fast when I posted a request on Angi, and was even able to schedule a bid for the project the same day. Alfonso and George stopped by and inspected the small outdoor patio and adjoining guest room that I wanted to remove the carpet and replace with terra cotta tile. We purchased the house from a flipper, and had no idea what lay under the squeeking carpet. The charge to level the room for the tile was lower than we expected. The bid was right on point and their craftsmanship and professionalism was top notch. I also appreciate the attention that Afonso and George took during the project to make sure everything was going smoothly. I am already planning another project with them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
