"It went extremely well. Mr. White gave me a great price. He came by the next day after agreeing on price and start date and power washed the entire house. Looked for repairs that may be needed as well. Told me his crew would be here the following morning at 7:00am they were here about 6:45 am. They started working quickly and efficiently at sanding, filling stucco, checking for things that needed attention. Then began the actual painting around 11:00am. They prepped by covering my neighbors vehicles a fence as well to ensure that there wasn't any paint flying away anywhere. Paid very close attention to detail. They finished late afternoon and cleaned up behind themselves. Left me extra paint as well. There is a four year warranty on the job too! Mr. White helped me with the decision of exactly what paints I wanted and they blend very well. I chose a nice gray with black trim and went big and had my doors painted a fire engine red! Saw a few things I wanted touched up when he was by on Friday for payment and he sent someone out that very day to take care of. The house was painted on a Wednesday. I would have figured that a contractor would have been waiting at my door on Wednesday afternoon for payment. He gave me plenty of time to walk around look at and make comment. Was an extremely easy experience. The entire crew was courteous and worked very hard all day!"

Not only did they pressure wash and thoroughly prep the entire home, but they also used top-of-the-line Dunn-Edwards paint. To my surprise, their quote actually came in as the lowest of the five. "On the positive side, the job started and ended as expected, and the crew was always on time. John was easy to work with and was accommodating. I was a bit surprised that the painters asked me to open only the front corner windows. When I asked if they wanted me to open all the windows, I was met with a blank stare. So I’m not sure if the other window frames were painted. On the final day of the job, there were a number of areas requiring touch-up. One disappointment was that I paid extra to have a flagpole painted. I also asked John if they could put up a new rope. He said they could, but at the last minute, he said they couldn’t. So, I have to wonder if they actually painted the entire flagpole. Logically, if they painted the entire flagpole, they should have been able to string up the new rope. Having been a Customer Service manager for most of my working years, the first lesson in customer service is never over promise and under deliver."
