Pérez Painting and More did a great job painting my house, removing the carpet, adding new floors, and cleaning. They also did exterior painting to my house and handyman work such as installing new door seals, curtain rods, fire alarms, pluming, electricity, and welding. As well as fixed cabinets in the kitchen. Jorge, Sergio and their crew worked very hard and did a very clean job. They finished the work during the time stamp asked for and worked very quickly. Hillary their secretary always answered very quickly and always assisted to more additions that I needed. They were so helpful, and the price was great as well. Most importantly, they are hornist! I got estimated amount of floor material that I needed from some other floor guy. After they installed my floor, they left many boxes, they told me exactly how many boxes were left and helped me return to the floor material company. I really recommend them as they will leave you very satisfied and happy with their work.

They showed up last second on a Sunday right after I called. I called at about 4 pm, and they were here and working by 6. 10/10 service!

Perez Painting was contracted to resurface and paint our patio structure and wooden features on the front of the house. All interactions went very smooth - from defining and quoting the project, down to timely execution of the 2 day project. As well, they went over and above the contact to paint other small areas that were not included in the original quote. They wanted everything to match. Their team worked very efficiency to get the project done on time. We have more painting projects in the schedule. Perez Painting will be the only call I will make. My wife and I were very happy with the results.

Excellent. It was straight forward painting of a guest bedroom. There was some gaps in the closet and on the baseboard which were filled. Very pleased with the final result. Would definitely use again.

This company was very responsive, and provided work that went above and beyond my expectations. They did exactly what I wanted beautifully and were done w the job sooner than I had imagined they would be. Our walls were painted with a very matte paint 10 years ago, the condition they were in at the beginning of the job was very bad. They got in here and made them look brand new for what feel was an extremely fair price for the Quality and speed of work. I plan on passing their info on to any family and friends looking for a painter in the future.

I hired Perez Painting to paint the interior of my rental unit (condo). They did a great job and the pricing was fair. Everyone from the painters (Jorge and Marco) to the secretary (Hillary) was helpful and a pleasure to work with. They were accommodating to my schedule which was really helpful since I live 45 minutes away from the unit. I even felt safe enough to leave them with a set of keys to the unit since I couldn’t be there to let them in each day. Lastly, they finished a day ahead of schedule and my rental looks amazing!! Good. Painting is complete. He just had to do a few touch-ups but otherwise he is prompt, courteous, professional. Cleaned up after completion. Didn’t leave a mess. I would use this company again.

It was excellent. We were pleaed with the way they prepared the surface, painted, and their attention to detail. They took off all the nails and fixtures off and put it back back on.
